My new leadership model, legacy leadership, entails using your platform—at all stages of your life and career—to amplify the leadership potential of and create opportunities for individuals who traditionally have lacked equal access to paths into formal leadership positions, particularly women and people from underrepresented groups. Importantly, legacy leadership is age agnostic, profession agnostic, as well as resource, background and profile agnostic. Legacy leaders measure their value creation relative to their unique capacity and self-impose the highest accountability in their intentional inclusivity and generosity to others.
